Rituro terms of use
These terms describe use of Rituro, operated by TUGADOT PTY LTD. Contact us through Rituro support if you need help or clarification.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep sign-in links and codes private, and only use workspaces you are authorised to access. Business owners are responsible for inviting appropriate team members and removing access when it is no longer needed. Do not share another person’s account.
Loyalty programs and rewards
Each participating business sets and fulfils its reward offer, qualifying visit rules and disclosed restrictions. Rituro records progress and redemption. A static QR claim does not independently verify a purchase. Staff may correct mistakes through recorded adjustments. Rewards already earned retain their recorded terms; changing a program applies to future rewards.
Present rewards to the business for redemption. Contact the business first about a qualifying purchase or reward fulfilment, and contact Rituro about an account or recording issue. Loyalty progress is not cash, a deposit or a transferable payment balance.
Fair use and content
Do not fabricate visits, redeem a reward twice, impersonate another person, misuse customer information, attack the service or upload content you do not have permission to use. You retain rights in your business branding and grant Rituro permission to display it as needed for your program. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate misuse or protect accounts.
Privacy and communication
Our privacy notice explains how service information is handled. Businesses must respect customer choices and applicable privacy and communication rules. Joining a program does not give a business blanket permission to send marketing messages.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans are not currently available. You will see the price, USD charging currency, billing interval and applicable terms before subscribing when billing becomes available. No subscription starts merely by creating a loyalty program. Billing and cancellation controls will be provided through the owner’s Billing page. Account closure and billing cancellation are separate requests.
Availability and your rights
Rituro is being developed and may occasionally be unavailable. We aim to keep loyalty records accurate and recover service interruptions. Businesses remain responsible for the rewards they promise and should have a practical way to assist customers during an outage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Leaving Rituro
You can request your information, correction, deletion or account closure through Your account. Support reviews closure requests so affected programs, rewards, access and any retention obligations can be addressed. We will explain any further steps needed.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to an active subscription or reward offer require appropriate notice; the displayed terms do not authorise an unannounced charge.
