A defined wash upgrade
An upgrade can be an understandable reward if the team names both the base package and the included extra. Explain whether the customer needs to purchase a qualifying base wash to use it.

Car washes & detailing
For a staffed car wash or detailer, loyalty can recognise a completed qualifying service. Rituro’s browser card records accepted visits toward a stated reward. Decide whether the offer belongs to a customer account and which wash or detailing packages qualify before you display a QR.
Start with a benefit customers can understand, then check the cost and practical conditions for supplying it.

If you offer a wash as the reward, state the service level and exclusions. Do not leave customers to infer that the offer covers a premium detail or every vehicle type.
A basic wash and a long detailing appointment have different costs and service times. A visit-based program needs an explicit rule for both. Rituro does not read a package price from a payment terminal or calculate points from the amount spent.
Define how you treat rework, complimentary services and an extra vehicle during the same visit. Staff should be able to apply the rule from the published offer, rather than choosing a new interpretation for each customer.
Rituro’s card belongs to a customer membership, not to a recognised number plate. If a customer has more than one vehicle, say how eligible visits count. Do not present the card as vehicle identification or evidence of an unlimited-wash subscription.
The current workflow suits a staffed validation process. It does not connect to wash machinery, operate barriers, identify plates or replace an unattended payment system. A mobile detailer should test the connection and staff device where the service is actually delivered.
No number-plate recognition or hardware integration is included in this workflow. Accepted visits are recorded against the customer membership using the configured validation process.
No. A visit-based card works toward a defined reward. It does not sell or verify an unlimited service subscription, and the card should not be described as access to one.
